Chef William Cowan Lunn (ex-Tetsuyas and Rockpool Melbourne) delivers some of Australia’s finest produce from arguably the most famous restaurant space in the Blue Mountains, with a 150 year old ironbark wood-fired oven at the heart of the open kitchen. Housed in a welcoming rustic space, serving Mediterranean share plates with a strong focus on local produce.
